J'ai reçu donc une lettre me notifiant de sa situation et m'expliquant que je ne pouvais plus lui demander l'argent.

En effet, à partir de la recevabilité le débiteur a interdiction de payer tout ou partie de ses dettes et vous ne devez donc rien lui demander jusqu'à la mise en place d'un plan éventuel.
La BDF vous a-t-elle déjà demandé le montant exact de la somme due ?

Je n'ai rien contre ça j'ai cru comprendre qu'il y allait avoir une mise en place de recouvrement, mais je ne comprends rien à ce qui m'est expliqué dans le papier.
